1.命令行：

dotnet new -t web 创建web项目   

dotnet  new  restore build pubilsh run test  pack 

dotnet -info /  -h 
dotnet restore   //还原包
dotnet run       //运行

2.添加contrallor 和view

dotnet命名： dotnet aspnet-codegenerator
