第一步，先下载
64位的：
https://www.mendeley.com/repositories/ubuntu/stable/amd64/mendeleydesktop-latest
32位：
https://www.mendeley.com/repositories/ubuntu/stable/i386/mendeleydesktop-latest
然后使用dpkg安装即可
