在windows服务器开启php的gd库出错

在windows服务器开启php的gd库时，使用cgi之后phpinfo()得到的结果中 Configure Command 中并没有出现gd.

Configure Command 后显示的是：

可能的原因：1.权限问题；2.双通道是否存在问题，或者是硬件是否松动等。
