bladex下载前端代码后，运行服务时报错【'vue-cli-service' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件。】的解决方法

问题：

E:\BladeXDB\Saber>yarn run serve

yarn run v1.13.0

$ vue-cli-service serve

'vue-cli-service' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件。

error Command failed with exit code 1.

info Visit https://yarnpkg.com/en/docs/cli/run for documentation about this command.

解决方法 ：

E:\BladeXDB\Saber>yarn install

下载守Saber源码后，需要安装程序运行的依赖，所以需要先运行yarn install 安装依赖，安装完后，在根目录下面会多出文件夹node_modules

再次运行，OK！
