$ rails db:create

$ brew services start postgresql@14

当我执行 orz

Bootstrap failed: 5: Input/output error

为什么bootstrap？

解决方案

毕竟，它是通过停止 Postgres 并重新启动它来解决的。

$ brew services stop postgresql@14
$ brew services start postgresql@14
