[m:n]

m,最小为0， 意思为从第m个字符开始

n，可以为负，负数从字符串尾部查，，意思为第n个以前的

str1 = "https://voice.hupu.com/nba/2434910.html#next"                        

In [2]: str1                                                                         
Out[2]: 'https://voice.hupu.com/nba/2434910.html#next'

In [3]: str2  = str1.replace("#next","")                                             

In [4]: str2
