非常奇怪的一个问题，我在Tomcat上部署了两个war包，包都用了common-logging 1.0.4.jar，单独一个项目时，正常启动，但当同时启动两个项目时，就报上面的错误，后来直接将其中一个项目的common-logging 1.0.4.jar换成1.1.1的版本就可以了，一个的还是1,0.4的版本，就可以正常启动了，好奇怪啊！
