原因：

因为是使用的mybatis-plus插件，所以还要在指定mybatis的mapper.xml文件的路径配置不是mybatis.mapperLocations而是

mybatis-plus.mapper-locations，在application.properties文件中加入如下配置就可以了

mybatis-plus.mapper-locations=classpath:mappers/*.xml
